Description: For $6 a Day (membership rate), the YMCA OF PORT ARTHUR afterschool program provides a safe, supportive environment for your child. The YMCA provides experiences to develop and nurture self-esteem in an inclusive environment. Activities include homework time, snack time, games, arts & crafts, indoor and/or outdoor play ad occasional field trips. The YMCA develops character by teaching and demostrating values. We use positive adult role models to teach the four basic values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
