Finger printing also falls into the category of the digital consent form. With the consent form not being signed as stated above, finger prints that were current were not accessible to view however, state was able to see a hard copy of current finger prints on file during time of visit.

A new rule was implemented in 2022 that all paperwork/files were to be submitted digitally through ilead accounts. To my knowledge, consent was updated and submitted. Due to technical difficulties learning the new process, the consent form was not signed which cancelled the submission. (Still learning) :

Best Daycare in the world !!! Ms.lisa is awesome with all the kids & treats them as if they were her own . Children enjoy going & hate leaving

i lovvve loovve ms lisa and you will too she treats all kids the same no kid is left behind here kids are happy enjoy learning she has 2 other assistance that are fingerprint world wide so no criminals working at this daycare please check her out you wont regret it
