On the playground, two tricycles were observed to have cracked plastic seats. At the main gate entrance of the playground where the gate door meets the fencing, two bolts which secure the fencing were protruding inward from the gate, one half inch beyond the nuts, presenting a potential safety hazard. Three rusting bolts were observed on the nonstationary playground structure to the back right of the playground, and one bike/wagon was observed to be rusting.
