Senior Compliance Officer Brenda Alubowicz Compliance Officer Supervisor Lisa Emery 2 of 2 fingerprint clearance cards were found to be valid via the DPS website. Insurance 8/1/25 Gas 8/29/24 Items discussed, but not limited to include the following: * total number of children for compensation. * Fingerprints. * Certificate Holder and Provider Responsibilities - Provided must live in the home, Staff attendance, ratios, notifying the Department of any closures, daily activity schedule. * Staff Training - Current first aid/CPR, annual training hours. *Enrollment of Children and Immunization requirements. * Admission and Release of children. * Illness and Infestation. * Suspected Abuse and Neglect - Mandated Reporter. * Medications - written permission, locked, no stock medication. * Accident and Emergency Procedures - complete first aid kit, notify parent of any accident or injuries and document. * General Program and Equipment Standards - Health and Safety, Supervision (inside and outside), maintain areas free from hazards, age appropriate toys and materials. * Supplemental Standards for Napping or Sleeping - separate bed, cot, mat or crib for each child. * Supplemental Standards for Infants, 1, 2 and 3 year old children - Infant feeding instructions, no walkers * Supplemental Standards for children with Special Needs - obtain current individual plan. * Discipline and Guidance - reasonable and consistent guidelines, no corporal punishment, no discipline associated with eating, napping, toileting. * General Nutrition and Menu Standards - follow meal pattern requirements, specific menu, substitutions. * General Food Service and Food Handling Standards - hand washing , choking hazards, thermometer in refrigerator and freezer. * Field Trips - Written permission, vehicle w/all required items and documents. * Fire, Safety, Gas Safety, and Emergency Standards - smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, annual gas inspection, evacuation paths, monthly fire drills. General Safety Standards - guns and ammunition, flammables and hazardous materials locked. General Cleaning and Sanitation Standards - toys in a clean condition, bathroom and fixtures clean, food waste covered. * Diaper Changing - not near kitchen, near running water, clean and sanitize diapering area, maintain diapering log, Licensure is pending upon receipt and approval of the plan of correction. The Department will notify you regarding the effective date of Licensure. Please complete the plan of correction via the online portal within 10 days.
