I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The physical appearance of the daycare is nice they have a nice layout, and spacious play areas. Although this is intriguing and nice to see, they are not a good daycare. Vera, will talk over you anytime you try to express any concerns and act like her staff or her do no wrong. She is very unprofessional and has no compassion or care for the kids at all. All she cares about is $$. Numerous different days, my daughter came home with bruising- which they could not explain. I had asked numerous staff that were suppose to be watching her and they had no idea, and said they didn’t see her fall, which really made me wonder how they wouldn’t hear/ see a child cry because when they get hurt they obviously cry. Vera had nothing to say and stated there was no incident report. Another incident my child, hit her chin on a toy and had a bad bloody nose which soaked through her coat onto her shirt- I never got notified and when I asked about an incident report “they didn’t have it”. They are not professional. As soon as my child got moved up room, she started getting bad reoccurring rashes on her bottom. after a few hours of being home and having ointment applied it would go away, but as soon as she would go back it’d happen again. Some days they’d put her back in to her old classroom and it didn’t happen. I politely, asked the new “teacher” if she was using the wrong diapers or wipes because it didn’t make sense she only got rashes in her room. She took offense and stated of course not and she doesn’t know why she gets rashes. It continued and I told her that she needs to be changing her better and she was just snooty and said she does. Then began lying about me not supplying the daycare with the essentials which always was supplied. There meals are repetive and are garbage, cheap meals. As for what I paid, $940 a week my child should have been being fed high quality foods. Numerous times I have seen staff, Madison & Bella yelling at the children.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My little family & I are new to the area, I am a single mother of a 4 year old and a 1 year old. Not even a few days that my children got to adjust to this daycare that I was approached by the owner of a verbal warning before my son was going to get kicked out. I was not aware that a payment would have to be made right away only on the 4th day of my children starting, the owner would not let me bring my children in until the tuition was paid in full. I also had a work emergency that ran late with myself not able to be there for pickup and they would not release my children to my sister because she was not on their paperwork. This was unbelievable and a last minute situation. The owner said I needed to be there or she was going to call the police. I couldn't help but shed tears and cry knowing I just moved here as a single parent and already experienced the worst situation any mother could feel. The owner said my kids we're "struggling" and called me an unfit mother. Please look for another daycare if you're thinking about this one.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

From the time we enrolled our child here the owner was an absolute nightmare. She’s highly unprofessional, will talk over you when you try to bring up concerns. in her eyes she cannot have any constructive criticism or concerns because she and her teachers are perfect. For the most part the staff there is very good, however the owner and her assistant Carin are exceptionally difficult people. During our time there they changed payment policies (week to week) as it suited their best interest during Covid without notifying families. Several communicable disease outbreaks occurred without parent notification. The only way we found out was from talking with other parents or if one of the teachers would let it slip to us. The owner and her husband have an ugly divorce including a no contact so they are not able to be on the premises at the same time. They are over priced for their services, the food that is fed to the children is garbage. One day in particular my child had breakfast for breakfast (cinnamon roll with frosting) breakfast for lunch (pancakes and sausage) and dry cereal for a snack. Keep in mind they are part of the daycare food program. The are reimbursed up to a certain amount for meals and snacks, based on the quality of food they provide they are making a killing on that alone. While I generally liked the teachers there, often times I would pick up my child in a (obviously hours old) poopy diaper. When the children were outside often times the teachers are huddled together and the children are in an area of the playground not visible to any teacher. I expressed concern for choking(though they don’t eat outside, children put various things in their mouths they could choke on) as well as falls that involved head injuries without crying that would alert someone to it. My concerns were not addressed. We came to this daycare because they had a full time opening when our previous provider did not. While this facility is nicer than our previous facility in the physical sense, we will be returning to our previous daycare once they have an opening. If the owner of this facility was a decent human being, this facility would have zero competition in the area, however because of her greed, inadequacies, and inability to reflect on herself and her program without retaliation, this facility is terrible.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My son turned two the day he started. He is a very inquisitive child. He likes to go go all the time. Like most two year olds. He's also loving and sweet. Like all two years olds. He is big for his age. So they may have expected more from him. Could easily pass as a three year old. He went to Kids Kountry for less than two weeks. They kicked him out because he opens doors and they have to tell him not to do things more than once. Well hes two. What do you expect. They advertise how they teach manners and discipline. Yet they give up on a two year old. I had told them that I would bring him on the Days that his normal provider works because she has more patience for him. They told me if I felt that way then I need to take him and leave. That he isn't a good fit. Well congratulations Kids Kountry you just screwed over a hard working single mom. They were incredibly rude to me. Brought me to tears even.
