For starters, walking into the rooms you already see a number of violations. Open holes in the walls, covered by papers. Chipped paint everywhere. A horrible mildew smell and black mold in the kitchen. The director yells at the children and doesn’t follow most of the rules you are supposed to while working at a daycare. She’s unprofessional and her facebook shows her drinking every weekend, sometimes during the week after work hours.
