One personnel's PDL expired on 11/27/24. There is a section of the fence of where an animal appears to have pushed through on the far west side of the playground. The fence could be lifted to allow room for a child to squeeze through. There is a section of the wall in the Rainforest classroom where there is peeling paint and paper. The diapering changing surface top in the Barnyard classroom has come unattached to the bottom of the cabinet. It can be moved by adults and children easily. Allows access to interior drawers and poses a hazard. |
