K.C.'s 24 Hr. Child Care Center - Covington GA Child Care Learning Center

Okay I can’t say it’s been all bad, and I’m not one of those moms that complain about everything. My son, 2 years old, always has Scratch and bite marks all down his arm. They charge me a different price every week. I don’t even know what the prices are supposed to be anymore. My youngest got pink eye while he was there they called my cell but on my application it says call work phone for emergency. I have to keep my phone put up! 2 hours later I looked at my phone and called em back. Then I picked him up and he was playing with the other kids! WTH! They should have put him somewhere by himself so others did not get it. I’ve never seen any kind of learning activities or fun things for them to do inside. One day I showed up early to get my 2 year old and I heard the teacher yelling at them and saying Lay your a** down now! To a two year old. One week my kids only went 10 hours because they got sick and they made me pay $300! They didn’t even take the overtime off that I signed up for. So I had to borrow the money to pay because I didn’t work much that week. All the staff does is complain about there job. My 8 year old sais his teacher keeps saying the F word when addressing the class. He had a rock thrown at his head and told the teacher… all she said was say stop. When I called to complain they let me know tristan was standing on the bus! They only make 10$An hour, like 8.5 after taxes an hour which is not nearly enough considering how much The daycare charges. In my opinion they should make at least $14 , maybe then they would actually enjoy going to work. I love most of the staff they are just all over the place and inattentive to all children. They have left my two year old and all the others in a room with no teacher.! In my opinion they should be held accountable and find better help that actually LIKES kids and enjoys being a child care worker.This is the worst experience I have ever had. When I drop my 2 year old off his teacher is not there and he is just left with all the older kids, and if he has a dirty diaper most of the time he has to sit in it. Tuesday I picked him up at lunch time and all he had was like 5 cracker but no tuna! She said she didn’t give him any cause she knows he won’t eat it. He loves tuna. That was the last straw for me. At lunch time he should get his entire meal! Oh and in the past month 2 year old has had strep throat, node virus, pink eye, common cold, and now a sinus infection. Seriously they need to keep sick kids home at least 72 hours. My oldest went to misty sue and they were so amazing for only half the price. ???? if I could drive to conyers every morning I would. I was told not to go here but I did. It just doesn’t feel right not knowing if your kids are being taken care of. And again not everyone is bad. On a side note they now have hired more managers and I hope this helps if not I have to find somewhere else. Staff is over worked and underplayed so o get it. They need rest and days off, or they can’t properly do there jobs! And the cussing thing is not a big deal to me. I hope things get better.

This is the absolute worst daycare, I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but today was the last draw. I called to obtain the tax Id# and was told they can’t provide it because I have a balance. My child attended this school for less than 2 months, Employers got paid to do absolutely nothing! My child was bullied by 3 siblings constantly and nothing was done about it. The sibling were still permitted to attend although they were very aggressive with several other kids. I got the run around whenever asked to review the cameras. I spoke with them about the constant bullying and The only thing they say is they called the parents. I mean these kids were constantly hitting or throwing things at my daughter and the teachers saw nothing. I submitted it in writing that I was withdrawing her because I was concerned about her safety, I was still expected to pay an additional 2 weeks as per contract. Do not put your child in this daycare center.

You need to be closed down and your response to these reviews show what type of person you and talking about karma you will pay with karma for allowing children to be hurt at your daycare

My grandchild is always coming back with problems every week with scars or breakout or sickeness with running nose. It may be  neat and clean on the surface. But in the atmosphere there is germs floating around every where. No  a happy camper.

This facility was in charge of watching my great nephew for TWO hours. When his mother picked him up, he had bruises and contusions on his left and right cheeks and temples and ears. The facility denies anything touching him, but refuses to allow my niece to see the footage on their cameras.

The case is on going until we find who perpetrated this crime on our three years old great nephew.

After 2 phone calls. One speaking to the Owner and another addressing a representative. Both where very argumentative, and blatantly disrespectful in regards of me getting access to my daughters records. The absolute worst display I have ever of character towards customer service needs and concerns. If you are a loving, and inquisitive parent do not take a child here!

This daycare is awful. They gave my daughter other kids pacifiers all of the time, she was always dirty, and after 10 months of complaining I went to pick my children up and they had lost my daughter who is 20 months. They told me they thought I had already picked her up and I had called the police and everything. When they found her she was locked in a bathroom in a dark room while everyone else was in the cafeteria. She was found playing in a dirty toilet. We haven't been back since. Also the owner does not care about anything other than money money money and she's very unprofessional. Horrible daycare. I recommend just paying the extra money for a better facility.

This is a horrible daycare for any child. My child was going here and the owner herself was in the parking lot with children out there cursing and screaming. The teachers barely notice when you take your child out. I noticed the food they serve is the same things at least three times a week.All of the toys are outdated and old and the ceiling is rotting through. Disgusting.

I love love love this daycare. My kids love this place. They have learned so much since they have been going here. They are always excited to go to school. It is also very well organized and clean.
