I have used this provider for less than 6 months
My children attended daycare 3 years ago at house of halos. They seemed to have flexable hours however told me multiplul times they didnt have space for my kids on the days we had prearranged for them to attend. We had already paid for those days in advance. My autistic son was sat on a bench for hours of the day because of his temperment issues instead of contacting me to come get him. He told me at the end of the day his fit was because he was hungry. We provided them with a full feeding schedule including extra snacks and were told that was great in the moment later when i addressed it after i had paid them of course i aas told they would not accomidate his feeding arrangements as that would not be fair to the other children. My son was failure to thrive and had issues with feeding had i known prior i woukd never have let them attend. I pulled them within the first month and they refused to refund my money for time they did not attend. They also gave my daughter another kids binky nearly daily because she would cry and we were breaking her of binky and we told them that multiple times.
Excellent care made my child fell welcomed and loved. She goes behind her job description and makes your child feel like one of her own. Professional and flexible.
