I heard from one of the parents who children previously attended the daycare that the teachers were hitting the children with a teachers stick. And sure enough when investigated by the state they were. Even though they seem to have fired all the staff and hired new ones. Please beware and ask your children questions!!
I encountered children and staff from this center today at a local pool. The head staff was rude to the children and the "teen helpers"
A few of the children were tired of swimming and wanted to get out. They were sitting on a few of the lounge chairs with a few teenagers nearby. Very rudely one of the ladies in charge of the group told the teenagers that the children HAD to be in the pool and ordered to teens to bring the children OUT if the shade and into the pool. When one of the little boys started crying he was told to stop!
Your staff practically pushed people out of the way to bring the cooler of bottled water right to the pool edge instead of leaving it out of the way and in the chair!
The teens were fussed at the entire time about watching their designated children. Micro-managed like crazy!!
If you don't have a reliable and patient staff, perhaps they shouldn't go to places public places!!
I would never send my children to your facility if your staff talks to the children like this in public!
