Harbison EEC will notify DHS no later than the next business day of any unscheduled temporary/permanent program closures or relocation. We have added this information to our program information form which is posted at the front desk along with phone numbers of DHS and our licensing specialists. DHS REPORTING Gas odor/leak, Fire, Carbon Monoxide exposure, or Anything to do with utilities or building closures; A child injury requiring emergency medical attention; Any disease or illness requiring prompt local or Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) notification; In addition to reporting any reason related to 340:110-3-280.
