The lattice border which was installed on the upper deck for outside play for the Infants/Toddlers has come loose on the side to the left as you exit the classroom. This would make it possible for a child to get behind this and fall. There is also a large mushroom plastic house which has toppled over on one of the outdoor play areas which is a hazard for the children and must be repaired or removed. | |||
