They’re under staffed. They leave children unsupervised to either get supplies, talk to other staff, or use the bathroom. There are no lesson plans. The children in a pre-K like room are not being taught anything to prepare them for kindergarten. School age children are left unattended most of the day and will take turns fighting each other when no staff is around. Toddler teacher has spanked the children, director said it was ok because the parents said they could. Director grabbed a school age child’s face, when he pulled away she told him not to pull away from her. Justified it to the parent because he wouldn’t look at her.
