Excel is a wonderful childcare facility. Its a nice and comfortable environment for everyone. Staff are wonderful people. All except the owner Kim. She is a down right mean person. She doesnt know how to treat her hard working staff with respect. She doesnt know how to talk to them like human beings. And from my understanding she doesnt know how to talk to the parents either. So I would advise anyone to not either work there or send your child(ren)there. Not unless you want to deal with a disrespectful person like Kim.
