Description: East Robeson is a rural K-3 school located in eastern Robeson County. It is three miles outside of Lumberton, N.C. at Seventh Street and Allenton Road. Student enrollment is currently 658 with a staff of 28 classroom teachers, 17 teacher assistants, 3 Pre-K teachers and 3 Pre-K teacher assistants. Resource staff includes two exceptional teachers, a full time music teacher, a physical education teacher, a media specialist and media assistant, an art teacher, a guidance counselor, a part time speech therpaist, nurse, social worker, a secretary, bookkeeper, nine food service workers, three custodians, and six bus drivers. Additionally, East Robeson has an active and supportive P.T.O. which organizes fund-raisers, volunteers and maintains daily contact with the school.
