I have used this provider for more than 6 months

For 3 years I have trusted Drop Of Love. Before, I was excellent, but since the director changed, I no longer feel confident. When Mrs. Lisa was the director, she managed that center very well and took care of the parents and the children. The new director does not know what she is doing, she is disrespectful, she always has bad attitudes and does not put the minimum effort in taking care of the parents and the children. Several times I have seen her outside the center of her having problems with her parents. She is very conflicted. Before, that center was managed very well by Mrs. Lisa, whom we parents miss so much. My children do not feel comfortable with the new principal and new teachers. They also have a teacher who I have heard from other parents that this teacher hits the children and speaks loudly to them. I loved this daycare but now I don't feel safe. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone. Mrs. Ana should not run that center.

I was skeptical about enrolling my daughter in this daycare center because of the location, not having security cameras and the children ratios per teacher.
But I enrolled her regardless of all that to try it because it had good reviews but in MY personal experience I would not recommend this center because they accidentally were going to give my daughter’s dad a different child who wasn’t our daughter and the teacher insisted that the wrong child was ours and he obviously got mad and requested to have our daughter given immediately. And that is a parent’s worst nightmare because the only thing that went trough our mind was that our 9 month old baby could have been stolen from this daycare since they confused the babies and no one in the staff asked her dad for proof of identification, when I was told that they ask for identification when a child is picked by anyone else who didn’t drop off the child that day.

And I’m not sorry for writing this review even though they did apologize for the situation because we’re talking about children’s life here and it is a very serious mistake that could have gone south very quickly.

And on top of that my daughter arrived that same day starving, because since she didn’t like the mac and cheese they had given for lunch (she is 9 months) well, they offered her some baby food 3 hours later but no milk was given because “she didn’t seem hungry” but once she got home she was crying horribly and had a 6oz bottle, her dinner, dessert and another bottle of milk. So yes, my daughter WAS hungry and no one did anything to help that, when I provide her special formula and ANYTHING she needed.

There is NO excuse to neither of these situations and I’m really disappointed of what we went through. Because believe it or not I’ve had nightmares since that happened and HOW do I trust another daycare with my daughter’s care from now on?
