Description:
I am a stay at home mom of two children, an infant and a 2 year old. Child care is all I really know after being in it for over 10 years. I have a lot of experience working with infants but have worked with all of the age groups.
Our day is pretty much ran just like a daycare but in more of a natural setting with a small group size and mixed age group which contributes to the children's overall development. I plan activities for each individual child to meet their needs and to challenge them to grow and develop. I also truly believe that children learn through play and their senses so I try to engage them in several art and sensory experiences, as well as plenty of time to play and learn!
Additional Information:Over my 10 years of working in daycares I had obtained my associates in Early Childhood. I am current on my SIDS training, First Aid and CPR certification, and am always keeping up on trainings to further my knowledge.
