Description: The Dr. Pat Feinstein Child Development Center is part of the Human Development and Family Studies department at the University of Rhode Island. Located on URI's Providence Campus, the Center is a high quality early care and education program for children three and four years of age. Our Program's purpose mirrors that of the University of Rhode Island: to teach and lead together.
