Description: July 1, 1993 Community United Child Care Centers opened its first development center in the Westridge School building on Ansborough Ave in Waterloo. Shortly after, another development center in the professional building on Kimball Ave, made possible through a donation from Susan Thode. In 1995 those centers were combined and renamed Westridge Thode/Rouse. This center has ranging 6 weeks through 10 years.
