It is CTSA's mission to help children and families with school readiness and self-sufficient lifestyles. What is Head Start? Head Start programs prepare America’s most vulnerable young children to succeed in school and in life beyond school. To achieve this, Head Start programs deliver services to children and families in core areas of early learning, health, and family well-being while engaging parents as partners every step of the way. Ages 3-5 years olds What is Early Head Start? Early Head Start programs were designed to nurture healthy attachments between parent and child (and child and caregiver). Services encompass the full range of family needs by focusing on intensive comprehensive child development and family support services to infants and toddlers and their families. All children in this program receive free diapers, wipes, and formula while enrolled. Birth up to 3 years old. All programs receive various health screenings, education assessments, disability services (if necessary), family services, breakfast, lunch, and snack (for children in child care).

CTSA has a big turn over rate with employees. Management changes often, also meaning policy and procedures changes. Not much consistency.
