Description: Childtime offers child-care, preschool, kindergarten and school-age education services to children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. | A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. Outdoors there is a drainage problem causing standing water behind licensed spaces #1 and 2. The drainage issue has also caused a barrier to get getting outdoors due to mud and excess water in the grassy areas. There were also tree roots exposed leading to the playground and near the fence on the playground used by older children. There was also chipping paint on the climbing structure. On the playground used by toddlers and twos, there is a hoppy horse stand protruding through the mulch that could be a hazard if a child trips and falls. | |||
