This facility is sub standard at best. They have a serious case of gender discrimination,rooms over ratio,caregivers who are lazy,have a poor attitude towards children and parents and have poor attitudes period. The director does nothing. She definitely does not defend her employees. The facility is dirty and unorganized. The director for plays favorites big time. Good employees get yelled at while poor employees get a pat on the back. An employee in a room call the children f ing black monkeys and an employee was caught several times sleeping in different rooms while caring for children and she is now an assistant in a room caring for children. Do not take your children here. There are a few really good employees trying to make real difference, but it is made difficult for them.
