A child was observed tripping and falling over a cot and hitting her head on a cubby in a video provided by the facility. The staff member picked the child up and placed her on her cot without checking for injury. The child continued to cry, and the staff member walked to her, appears to check her face, then walks away and is observed completing an incident report.
