I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Terrible terrible terrible
My child would come with Marks / scratches / bites that we were not informed about..
My child did great until they had a HUGE turnover rate and more than 3-4 employees quit at the same time & then my child came home with marks and scratches and bruises and multiple times we were told “they didn’t know”
They also allowed a stranger to leave with our car seat I left at drop off so my husband could get him after work but my husband had to wait for the car seat to be returned
This place at one point in time was ok but not now. We pulled all the strings we could to get our little one out!!

This place is not a right place to work at. They had two front people to interview me. One told me I was hired. Then the other one said I have to go through the owner to decided on hiring me. They would call me. Did not hear anything. So waited and called them on a Monday. Spoke to the owner that said they were waiting on my background check to be deported over. Said they would call me or I could call back. Waited the whole week. Called on another Monday got the same run around that they did not get my background check. Then next day called the place that does the background check and they told me it was not submitted. Called the center got the same office person which was not nice and told that person what was going on and they said the owner will call you. Later that afternoon called again got the same person ask what I should do. The person snapped at me and told me that I need to wait for the owner to speak to me. Every time but once I can never get in touch with the owner. I'm at the point that this unprofessional and I don't belong there. I have a two year old son and he would have not liked it there.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child has been visiting this place since last year. On multiple occasions my child has been send home in dirty soiled clothing with poop dried to the bottom. Bruises that are located on the body that indicate rough handling, injuries with no explanation and several occasions where my child tells me it was told to be popped ( mouth or butt ). The kids are being put in front of TVs and watch show after show, teachers leave the room out of ratio on a daily basis, have their faces in the phone and verbally abuse the kids ( infants are being told to shut up or get over it while they cry - left in their crib crying while teachers walk outside of the room). Toddlers fall from swings and slides and being put in time out outside in the sun during outdoor play. Bug bites, sun burns and bruises are a daily thing. When confronted, teachers laugh and play it off or sarcastically comply. Teachers have their faces in their phones and do not watch the kids. Parents are not allowed to drop off or pick up child in the class room which is probably a way to keep the mishandling behind closed doors. Some of the teachers are really awesome and my child loves them but others are a serious concern for the safety and well being. I'm removing my child from this daycare as it is not a safe environment and I definitely do NOT recommend this place

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This is a terrible and unprofessional daycare. The Director knowingly allows drug addicts to work there. Many cases of abuse have been brought to her attention and ignored because of inconvenience. If a child is hurt or injured they lie about how that child received their injuries. I have been there multiple times and seen where employees had red glossy eyes. Seen where teachers go to the pool house and an aroma of cigarette smoke is in the air as I pull in to pick my child up. Walking past the classrooms you are more likely to see trachers staring at their phones and taking selfies rather than watching the children. You are more likely to see children being screamed at, jerked around etc. Also re summer and after school programs are a joke. The children spend all summer with little entertainment and are forced to watch the same movies on a daily basis like mindless zombies.
