I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I rate this center at the poorest rating possible. They have constant staff turnover and changes throughout the center this included changes in policies teacher and kids shuffle led around. My child has changed classrooms 7 times in less than 3 years. There is no structure and consistency. They have had 6 directors and they can't seem to retain any help. We hoped each time there was a change but the next director was as bad as the one before. They had a waiting list when we initially starting taking my child there and felt the quality care being provided to him and then it's been a nightmare since then. The teachers are unprofessional and don't care about the kids. They are just there for a paycheck. While my child was in the center I saw teachers using unprofessional language to an older child, my child came home with unexplained bruises which I had to beg for an incident report on. The place looks pretty and nice when you visit but there are some major a challenges. They have a 3 star rating but that means nothing about the kind of care they provide to the children. If your looking for quality childcare, consistently and caring teachers. . DONT GO TO BRIGHT BEGINNINGS!
