I worked here for almost 2 years and put my heart and soul into it. I was let go the day AFTER my 60th birthday without any verbal or written warnings EVER! I got my raises, kept the Nursery in order and all the moms loved me for taking such good care of their babies. I’ve heard so many bad things about them since I’ve left. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not leave your sweet babies here! Do your research and talk to different people. I’ve become a Nanny since leaving there and it has been great. I do miss all of the babies but am able to keep them for parents after hours. I will continue to do so but will never work in a daycare setting again. To top things off, parents and staff members were “Paid” to give good reviews because of so many bad reviews! It’s a joke to see some of the employees I worked with leaving a 10 paragraph review about the Nursery! What a joke????She complained daily when I worked with her! The owner is the WORST Director EVER! I can give as many bad reviews here or anywhere I please and tbh I don’t care who doesn’t like it! #sorrynotsorry

I am a former employee. After giving my heart and soul working for BSCA for almost 2 years I was wrongly terminated. The turnover here is HORRIBLE! The owner is never there and portrays this as a Christian facility but based on their actions, there is nothing Christian about it all, except for the Bible verses on the wall. I do not understand how you can treat faithful employees the way they did. No wonder no one stays. After I left I got SO many great references from the moms whose babies I took care of and still stay in contact with them because they know I treated their babies like my own. Do not ever think that these people care about you. You are only a number and can be easily replaced at the drop of a hat. So for anyone thinking about taking their child there or anyone wanting to work there...PLEASE PLEASE think about it very very carefully. Things don’t always look like they are portrayed on the outside.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone EVER. I have never seen a child be singled out and neglected like this in a daycare. Your child will come home with bite marks so deep they are bruised for two weeks. Your child will fall and hit their head and you won’t be notified until you read their daily report. They’ll come home with busted lips and noses. They have an isolation table that they will keep your child in away from the other kids and they will tell you 3 different stories as to why your child is being isolated. This is CRUELTY. Your child will leave this facility with feces on them from where they haven’t wiped them good enough causing terrible rashes/blisters. The staff is a different breed of unprofessional. They will hang up on you if you call to check on your child or they will blow off your concerns like it’s not a big deal. They are some of the most unprofessional, just straight up nastiest and meanest women I have ever met that run the place. DHR has already been contacted and I’m hoping that this place is SHUT DOWN. Do NOT send your child/children here.
If there was a 0 star I would give it. The staff was awful to my son. Did not care to show me any video footage after they claimed he was acting out in class everyday(mind you he was only 3). Then when I pulled him out they attempted to take me to small claims court for a $300 because I didn't give a 2 week notice before I pulled him out. They are all about the money.
