This daycare was great to start. Over the course of the last year, this daycare has gone downhill due to the lack of staffing issues. There has been multiple accounts where I picked up my child and there was one staff member watching over 10 children playing outside which violates the staff to children ratio regulations. I would also like to mention for over the last year they haven't provided any incident paperwork that documents the countless bumps, scratches, or bruises that our child has occurred with staff not knowing what happened. Another incident that occurred last week was when my wife picked up our child and 3 other children had him trapped inside the playground tires with a playmat on top not letting him get out, with one staff member outside and not paying attention to what was happening. My wife had to sternly tell the other children to get up to get our child out. Now our child was expelled because other parents were complaining about our child when he was the one being harassed or tormented by those parent's children but because of our Hispanic ethnicity versus the other parents, our child was singled out and expelled by the owner. A Lawyer will be coming their way very soon.
