Description: Serving low income and primarily young families prenatally through three years of age with center-based and home-based programming. BTEHS works to enhance children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development; assists pregnant women in accessing comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care; supports the parent-child relationship; and helps families move toward self-sufficiency. As an all inclusive comprehensive program, BTEHS also seeks to serve children with diagnosed disabilities.
