The establishment has been in business since 1968. I even attend back in the day. My baby is 20 now and received a great early childhood education. Education, field trips, parent resources. The staff is great with the kids. They teach the kids social skills reading take trips etc.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS CHILDCARE FACILITY! They would be better off watching themselves. SERIOUSLY!!!
I was skeptical about even allowing my child to go here considering I was approached in the West End mall by two of the employees from the school, Ms. Sue and Ms. Weaver. I was assured by Ms. Sue, who led me to believe she was a teacher but I later discovered that she was a assistant, that it was a wonderful facility that could work with my daughter considering she has a speech delay and is also still in pull ups and needed extra help being potty trained. One day I walked in and saw Ms Sue spanking one of the children. I was so shocked and decided to tell the Director Ms. Reynolds about what I had witnessed. She told me that it is a 0 tolerance for spanking and told me she would handle the situation. She then approached the next day and told me it was handled. I felt very confident to allow my daughter to stay at the facility. About 1 month later I went to pick up my daughter and Ms. Ponder, who is the assistant for the teacher Ms Weaver, told me that my daughter had a accident and that she wanted to change her before she left. My daughter had completely soaked her pants, soaks, and shoes but I didn’t think anything of it initially considering she is still in pull ups. I decided to assist Ms Ponder in changing my daughter considering I was pressed for time. As I started to remove my daughters uniform pants I noticed she did NOT have a pull up on. I asked Ms Ponder if she knew who had changed her last and she told me she didn’t know. I told her that was crazy and I was very upset considering all types of dark thoughts entered my mind. She proceeded to then hand me a plastic trash bag so i can put my daughters wet clothes and shoes in the bag. Why don’t you know who changed my daughter last? Why is her whereabouts unaccounted for when I am trusting you to be her caregiver in my absence. I also asked Ms Weaver and she claimed that she had no idea on how my daughters pull up was removed and said maybe she removed it herself. She also stated that she was on break and told me repeatedly she didn’t know. My daughter removing her own pull up would be impossible considering my child’s uniform pants were skinny jeans and she also had on tennis shoes. Also, even if she did take the pull up off Ms Weaver and/or Ms Ponder should have seen her take it off if they actually were monitoring her. Ms Weaver has always looked very lazy to me and is always sitting around in on spot while she complains about the kids and looks like she has gotten in a fight with a alley cat by the head and has her assistant, Ms Ponder, doing all of the hard work with out assisting her. I have even heard Ms. Weaver refer to Ms Ponder as “Her Help”. I have filed a complaint with the police department, and will be looking to take further actions. Im begging you all DO NOT trust this place with your children. You WILL regret it.
