All children and families are treated with respect and professionalism. It is always important to learn the childcare's philosophy and policies, BEFORE enrolling in order to save headache and heartaches for everyone involved. Best wishes to you and your family! Sincerely, Ami
If you're in Jackson County please do not use this daycare! I will not go into details to protect my family but moving from this daycare was the best decision we ever made. They're unorganized, unhelpful, and sometimes downright rude. The teachers have a high turn-over rate & the kids are lumped in with kids who are not the same age as them. So, a 3 year old may share a classroom with a 5 year old even though they are worlds different developmentally. Oh, and if you try to go to Ami or the teachers with a problem they will make you feel like you're stupid or your kid is a "bad kid". Please, do not subject your children to this facility!
Disgruntled grandparent filed an investigation in November 2015. The state found no deficiencies to support her accusations of any wrong doing. We do bring our own lunches, and offer a fun, learning environment for children of all ages. Feel free to stop by anytime to see for yourself.
Excellent care that goes above and beyond! We have been with Ami's Daycare almost 3 years now, and there's no one else we trust as much as her. My 2 kids are so excited to see her every morning, and when I pick them up in the evening all they talk about are the projects they're working on, what they learned that day, etc. Yes, with moving from her house to a facility there were minor kinks at first, but they have been ironed out and everything is back to running very smoothly! I highly recommend her!
Funny how when followed up from licensing they were giving deficient status for leaving children unattended. Shows why mine was hurt and no one can explain other than placed with children much older than the law allows.
Excellent child care providers for my 5 month old. He loves the staff and they are all very caring and good with him. As a new facility, they do have some logistics that are still being worked out, but those are minor compared to the outstanding care they provide. I highly recommend them.
Horrible Experience, my grandson came home several times with marks and they "don't know" what happened. Now they want parents to provide their children's lunches, yet they don't have microwave or fridge. REALLY??
