This location in Mills River has been great! They have the best price in town for an all day child services. This was a great opportunity for our little person to stay with kind and caring staff all day.
We will be sending our 2nd once he is old enough!
My child goes to the Mills River location. It's very rare for this place to actually keep your child for the entire week you pay for. Between snow days (even though they don't bus), early out days (in which parents are given a ONE HOUR notice to get their kids), teacher work days, extended holidays or an unreasonable amount of time for a DAYCARE to be closed- seriously...parents need to work on a lot of these days (Easter Monday? Really? My middle schoolers were even back in school!!) and sending you child home if they even sneeze once, my husband and I have missed SO MUCH WORK. So not only are we losing money having to miss work, we're paying this center for their employees to sit at home- on a regular basis! It is unreal. The staff is rude and incompetent. Since my child has been there, so many parents have pulled their kids out and left. My child is on a waiting list somewhere else and once we leave there, I'll never look back!
