I have used this provider for more than 6 months
This infant classroom is staffed with individuals who don’t meet standards and do not care for all the infants as their job title and requirements state. Staff will appear friendly until you pick up your child close to closing or at closing time when they are designated to be there at that time. Staff will “ask” but really demand that you be there before that time because they accommodate their staff personal life and their personal accommodations. When in reality, it is their choosing of this occupation and their occupation’s requirement for what they were hired for. My advice, there are better classrooms and staff that will not have favoritism, who will make sure your child is clean, content, put a smile on their face and treat your child like their own or better because they like what they do and not for a paycheck and is evident.
