A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. There were two spaces on the walkway where children enter and travel to the playground and enter the building. Both had splintering wood that could cause injury to children. On the front right side of the playground there is an open drainpipe within reach of children that has sharp metal edges exposed. Children can easily stick their hand in this space.

Classroom one had Clorox bleach spray on a shelf in the children's bathroom. This item was not in a locked cabinet and had multiple warnings. This was corrected during the visit. No further action is required.

Diapers were in the plastic packaging and within reach of children in the Toddler classroom. This was corrected during the visit. No further action is required.
