BEWARE!!!Chad Locicero is a child molester! He has fondled both of his step daughters and still continues to run a daycare! The Tampa police refuse to do nothing about it since the oldest one complained over 5 years later (now 19 yr) and the other step daughter was fondled in Disney world, being told because it was out of Hillsborough County Jurisdiction!
