Description:
A Positive Place Child Care, LLC. understands that children are unique as is their individual learning style. We encourage a "hands on" learning approach within our individual and group settings. By allowing a child to experiment, explore and think tasks through at his or her own pace we encourage creative thinking, while enhancing cognitive skills. The home is the foundation of all learning for children. A Positive Place Child Care, LLC. builds upon that foundation with the assistance of parents and the community.

My children attended this facility for several years.
Pros: Excellent Curriculum; Owner/Operators obviously care for the kids; Meals are provided for the children; Great attention to detail; Appears to operate facility "by the book"; Puts on a great graduation ceremony for the kids.
Cons: Owner has a temper (If the owner doesn't agree with your view on subject matters - the threat of your kid's dismal from the facility is frequently used); Owner intentionally uses this tactic to intimidate/Bully the parents into as little disagreements as possible; Limited staffing - We've had to pick up kids early and tolerate a facility hour change for the owner to handle personal situations.
