I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My children started going to A Place to Grow December of 2019, my experience was awful. The first thing I noticed was the kid to teacher ratio was over, they were feeding the kids swirl bread for breakfast. My youngest daughter was picked up by her arm by her teacher who I verbally announced to that I did not like her doing that. My oldest daughter was coming home telling me she didn’t want to go to daycare. I couldn’t figure out why at first. Then one day I walked into the daycare and a child about 2 or 3 years older than mine immediately Verbally attacked my daughter calling her a cry baby multiple times while the teacher was sitting there. My youngest daughter who was barely a year old at the time was allowed in the room with school kids, there were children in other rooms alone with the lights out no teacher around. Then I stared getting multiple accident reports on my youngest child. She had supposedly fallen and hit her head according to another teacher who just chuckled and said she was clumsy. She had a knot on her head and the moment I saw her I knew something was wrong bc my child scratched and squirmed to get away from the teacher holding her and started crying. I comforted her and then requested to watch the video. In the video she didn’t fall on her own but was grabbed by the arm by her teacher who basically pushed her arm and made her fall head first into the shelf. In the same video she picked another child up by the arm, left the room multiple times leaving children alone. There was another incident where my child fell off a toy in another room and was bruised up from that as well. I watched the video and there was no teacher in the room again leaving multiple Infant children Alone. My child had 7 accidents From the end of December to the middle of February. The daycare tried to provide me with free child care, clamming they received paper from the state With a change of what I owed to them. I called stated removed my children and never heard another word about it. This facility is not worth your money, not worth the states money. I was scared to leave my children there day to day. It is not worth my children being bullied or getting hurt over and over due to the negligence of these so called teachers watching our children. I highly do not recommend this daycare. The daycare will put the blame on the child and make up every excuse as to why it wasn’t their fault.
