Response to earlier review comment...Let's define diarrhea because my child's poop was not runny nor did she have a fever. She could have pooped three times due to something she ate. I have the text from you that clearly says that. It definitely did not take me 4 hrs to come get my child. My job has a strict attendance policy as you know and used to your advantage. The only real review on this site is the other parent that is telling about how you was pushing her child out the door during the snow. The other reviews were done by yourself. I wish I would have researched reviews before wasting my time. I should have known she was going to be a problem when she was talkin about other parents to me.
Natasha Tinsley was very upset because I wouldn't allow her child to remain at the facility after her child repeatedly having diarrhea 3 times in a row.It took her 4hours before she came to pick her up. I explained to her that I not only have to protect her child but all the children in my care. If that makes me a nightmare then I apologize.
I do not know how this lady is still operating. At first the director Vanessa Willians seems nice and professional but she's really a night mare. She agrees to work with your schedule and then switches up. When I gave a 2 week notice she decided to tell me she will refund my money long before the two weeks. Instead of telling me that earlier in the day she waited until I came to pick my child up at 8 at night. Beware! Do not waste your time and money! She must have wrote these good reviews herself because she only has 3 kids she keeps and those parents have to be desperate. There's no way she deserves 4 stars. She's definitely 0 stars
This childcare center is beyond excellent. I would reccommend it to any family if they want warm, loving and dependable care. Mrs.Williams (owner/director) is very friendly, flexible and nuturing with the children. The center has a very comfortable and child friendly environment which makes it even better. I would reccommend this center is they want the absolute BEST care for their child.
I highly recommend A Brighter Child Academy to parents/guardians looking for more than a homecare that’s affordable, caring, safe and learning environment for their child(ren). I have notice my child growth and improvement since attending A Brighter Child Academy. The price is affordable & the Director will work with your schedule, even goes above and beyond to provide childcare on as needed basis. When clement weather hits the safety of the children & parents come first. My family and I are pleased and thankful for the care and guidance A Brighter Child Academy provides.
A Brighter Child Academy is one of the "BEST" home daycare's I have seen since I have moved to Greensboro. Having to choose a home-daycare for your child to attend is hard, because it's in someone else's home. I felt very comfortable leaving my child and the owner was open to me calling and checking on my child as often as I wanted. I've had "No Complaints" from the day he started and "WE" are looking forward to returning to A Brighter Child Academy.
Well i thought she was a life saver but it turns out she wanted the money but everytime i go to pick up child something was hurting or she got a cold or somebody died constantly.the ice on the cake for me was i told i before i signed on that i am in the medical field and i have to go to work when it snows would it be a problem and she lied and said no. the first time it snows she calls my job to let me know she don,t get paid enough to keep a child when it snows because she only gets paid 16$, and she calls me twenty right at time for me to get off at 7pm with a very small window to find some one to take care of him. she knew she was going to close . well add the money you got paid when you were sick every other week and i had to find other daycare.if you decide to go to this daycare you better keep a back-up daycare because she claims she is sick alot and if two snow drops fall you will have to find another daycare for that day, i'm so upset i wasted my time with this woman. she a nice lady but lazy and greedy,,i;m done i turned in my 2 week notice while standing in the snow because shes pushing your kid out the door before you get out the car, as i said before people get into daycare thinking it;s easy money and they can sit on their butts but you have to take care of the children,i had to find daycare for over 5 days because of her excuses and she can't keep mine one day because not enough money but my true feelings is she did not want to get her lazy self out of the bed..i don't expect to see the daycare sign up too much longer because she don't want to work just the money...I'M DONE
