My son's have been there for a year since opening and I can honestly say I have never felt at ease knowing my boys are in great care. The teachers tell everything and Ms. Lisa works with me and my spouse. If you need a trusting daycare then I recommend them. And I was hesitant since my son was going to another satcre prior to this one and the teachers were very distant except for one. But now I feel comfortable.
I resigned my position as director after only 4 months. That was enough time to see this couple lie, and cut corners, and found out they run their business illegally. I did not feel safe working with these people anymore. They do not have any experience in childcare at all, I gave them their first training in childcare when I meet them, that was after 3 months of them opening their daycare, Licensing didn't even catch that. They have no business experience either. And for anyone considering to work for them take a look and see if they are registered as a business because they take out employee taxes but they don't claim them to the IRS. It was a mess working for them because they just don't understand no matter how much advisement I gave them to correct their mistakes.
