Lucy's Legacy is a very unperfessional business.The teachers are so rude and very well untrained as well as the owner(Heather)..my child has been there for almost 1 yrs and i have has so many problems and it has been adressed.The day care is dirty the playground is in horrable condition. Due to the fact of all the problems i have had with this center has led to to filing a complaint with the state...I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS CENTER TO ANYONE IN THE RICHMOND / ROSENBERG AREA....I RATE THE CENTER AS TRASHHHHHHHHHH....
