Please Do Not trust this facility to care for your children. They over charge. The staff is underpaid, miserable and intimidated by the front desk personnel. My review is a reflection of 2 years of an emotional roller coaster of their unrealistic expectations of my 2 year old, now 4. They have called me to pick up my child because she wouldn't nap during nap time and recommended I medicate her for her behavior. I have tried to work with their impractical behavior expectancies. Any feedback I would give from our pediatrician, diet changes and therapy (yes even therapy) they seemed to think those adjustments were not helpful. They put her on a 30-day review twice and would openly discuss "kicking her out" in front of my child. When I received the notice that my child was being released, I told the director that I was going to make a complaint and she said she didn't have to take abuse from me & my child. We are the ones that have been abused. I'm not sure why I didn't remove her long ago. I guess I am just not willing to give up on my child.
