My child has been a the daycare for about 2 months. We were actively getting him help with therapy and medication. Unless your child is a “fit the mold” child I don’t recommend them. His teacher Ms. Susan was a very good teacher to him. However the afternoon teacher barely even spoke nor would ever greet him happily . She would not greet our child nor did we ever see her provide positive things ever to say. We would get multiple right ups a day with no ideas or suggestions of things to try and help our child to adjust. We were told it’s basically hard to find another afternoon teacher and she is the only one. Also we were told running was a safety issue but not told it was a 3 strike thing until we were at the point already. We requested if they could hold our child’s hand to help train him and we advised he should have learned that at age 2-3. Also we never even met the head director of the daycare until we were in the meeting for our child being kicked out. She advised she not typically there during the times parents pickup and drop off. When we first toured with the office manager we expressed our child’s struggles and we’re lead to believe they were a daycare will to help train and assist children who have a hard time adjusting. That it take nearly months to be kicked out. Not the case. Also we were told that multiple parents had requested their child to be moved and that apparently floater teachers don’t even want to be in the room with our child. I found this disturbing as he is only a 4 year old boy and they are a daycare. Our doctor has suggested he might have adhd and we will try medication but our doctor is no where near to the extent of drama the daycare has reacted with. The only other office staff I could say something about was MS Madison. She did greet our child and was kind to him during our encounters. If your child has any struggles I 100% don’t recommend this daycare.
