My boys have been going to childcare network #328 for years and they love it! I am actually sad that this is our last year attending, since my oldest is going to be in middle school next year. If I had my way, they would be enrolled in this daycare a few more years. It is a safe environment and I never have to worry about them when I drop them off with the staff. They are very involved with the children. They help with homework, they play games indoors/outdoors, and other fun activities. I think my favorite thing about childcare network #328 is that my boys are able to ride the daycare van to and from school. As a parent, we all know how horrific it is to wait in those long lines to pick up our kids. Within 15 minutes of them being out of school, they are pulling up to the daycare.
I am not sure why someone would write the other review. I have been using Alpha for my childcare for years and love it. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The teachers are very kind and loving. I know they do have policies that are in place for biting and aggressive/disruptive behavior and have had to ask children to leave so maybe that's why there's a bad review... They have a great academic and Christian based curriculum and my children have learned so much.
The management is aweful and has no clue what they are doing. The staff is rude and not good with kids. I would not send my kid here if i could help it.
