My daughter was in this daycare for less than a year, the overall all experience was okay but could have been better. At the time being there was a lot of staff changing which I didn’t like. Sometimes it seemed maybe that I showed to much attention towards my child and maybe that made certain staff feel uncomfortable. The camera system is great you can watch your children at anytime to see how their being treated, along with the security of the building feels safe. The children also have a great backyard and they open early and close late for anyone who works late. Mrs.Taylor when I first met her seemed very friendly and trustworthy but at the end I changed my mindset about her, she also didn’t like the differences I felt about the way my child was being treated by the staff and herself. When I picked up my child from school she was always hollering at the kids to stay still and sit down. Mrs.Vera the 3 year old teacher is an old school teacher. Now I was raised by old school parents but when you’re working at a daycare with a group of kids you have to realize those are not your grandchildren. She was a little hard on the kids, she might not be a bad person but I don’t like how impatient she was with the kids and how she handled certain situations in her class. When I watched the camera I could tell when she had a bad temper just by the way she walked or grab and threw things. One time she threw the kids cupcakes in the trash because if her frustration, or because she was trying to prove a point to the kids. It was the way she acted that never let me trust her fully. Sometimes in her good days she seemed loving and caring but overall I saw enough to realize she wasn’t fit to be with a group of children. I talked to the owner of the daycare about all my concerns and he seems to trust his staff, he always had a way to defend his employees as they have been there for several years. At the end of the day my child was there and I trusted them with her , as for any way they lacked at taking care of my child or any child in there is on their shoulders if their not doing anything to make that daycare a better place. I have every right to set this review without having to lie. I appreciate anything good they did for my baby.
WARNING If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would , the staff is very unprofessional and the supervisor is extremely ignorant. I came with a friend to pick up her child and the children was all over the place, with no guidance from the teachers, babies was running into other classes and I saw where it seemed like one teacher was trying to work and the other was just sitting down doing nothing. This was a few weeks ago I said nothing to my friend but I wouldn't send my child to this daycare. Only an unfit mother would send their child to this school
I have read the comments above and am somewhat shocked. My children have been at 3 Sisters Academy since they've been open. And I LOVE it! I do agree that in the beginning the staff turnover was a little crazy but they were a new daycare and they gave me nothing but confidence in leaving my children in their care. Their educational values and structure and genuine love for the children is what keeps me their. I choose them bc so many ppl have recommended them I had to, and have not been disappointed yet. My child will be there until they begin grade school and ill be sure to enroll them every summer. I wouldn't recommend a dog go their either, my child has allergies. I five them 5 stars and stand boldly behind them.
I didn't care much for 3 Sisters Academy because the personnel changed to often. My child had only been there 3 months and he had been thru 4 different teachers. I did appreciate the Nanny Cam where I was able to watch in on my child. There was a lot of learning activities going on but when things are being changed around so much it effects the child. Just wasn't stable enough for me.
This daycare is very u unprofessional. The staff turnover is ridiculous. The owner makes you feel very uncomfortable as a women.I removed my child after 2 weeks.Too much to write.Just know I wouldn't recommend someone let their dog go there.
