Plan: Notice to comply was completed by director: All van drivers has signed transportation policy which is children are loaded on to their assigned van, staff will log them onto Brightwheel van list. As children are being uploaded at the program they will be logged out of Brightwheel van list. Whomever unloads the van will count the children as they are unloading and get them inside the building and will get into the van to scan the seats to make sure everyone is unloaded. The van driver will finish their paperwork after parking the van and will walk through the van again to make sure all children has exited. The driver must sign the times that children are loaded in and out of the van using provided notebook in the van. Also drivers may not leave school property until they can verify the child is not at school. |

My 3 y/o grandson has been two days to this center. He has been potty trained for months. Both times he was in urine soaked clothes. The second time his pants had dried and reeked of urine but his shoes and socks were saturated with urine. His clothes were never changed with the excuse being "his teacher quit today" Does that mean that the three y/o class had no supervision?
