If I could have put a 0 for my ratings I would. My children were neglected and always coming home wet from urine. When I constantly asked can my child be taken to the bathroom they insisted they would, but the problem just got worse. I was then asked to not return after I made the payment for the month and my entry was denied after only 1 day of service for that month. This childcare wants to be paid but does not want to properly watch your children. Then play victim and employees are rude when issues are addressed.
I just a neighbor but if the Red Haired owners attitute is any sign of the care there- RUN! The only word i can describe " Louise" is Terrorist,Abrasive and Just plan rude.I am a senior citizen and she went out of her way to block my sale- flagged my ad on craigslist and destroyed my signs. When i politely asked her to remove her HUGE truck from the front of my sale - she got all "Almighty" and said " you don't own the block" I called the business phone and they just kept hanging up. It would be scarey as a parent that they do not answer the phone , can't be a good neighbor and is abusive to EVERYONE. All i can think of is that little 5 year old that got killed over Cheese Cake- you've been WARNED
