I use to work here. At first I liked it but now I can see why people are leaving left and right. I havent had 1 single day off(other that weekend off) in a month. I can't get things done or plan appointment when I'm working all the time. I'm also tired of how the employees talk about anyone and everyone behind their back. Doesnt matter if it's a child parent or coworker. I thought we all could work together as a team but apparently it's a gossip fest and if you dont gossip then your not in the in crowd. Il make sure to let people know not to take their kids here or employee here
I was very unsatisfied with my experience at this daycare center. They asked you to fill out paper work on your child's routines for feeding and naps but don't follow them. I've told them to use destined on every number 2 diapers to avoid diaper rash and they don't listen and my child got diaper rashes. Everytime I pick up my child up after work they are dirty with food in hair, bogers smeared on face, not even wearing clothes that belong to him sometimes. Lack of experience and knowledge on kids and different stages they go through and signs that show during those stages. They aren't in it for the kids just there for the business aspect of it.
