Wendy is especially sweet and cares for these kids as if they were her own. She also teaches preschool activities to the 3 and 4 year olds! She is Bright Stars certified and does participate in the RI CCAP subsidized program and is actually licensed for 6 children now. She is the best and her rates are very competitive.
