I have two children at this facility, one is 3 months and the other 2 1/2 yrs old. Communication is great. The director emails often with any updates and replies to any questions and requests I have. Every day their teacher completes a form of their activities, food intake, outtake and nap times. My toddler leave everyday happy and covered in dirt and paint (a sign of a healthy toddler). They go outside on the playground and go on walks whenever weather permits (with sunscreen).
This daycare shows favoritism, to not only children but staff members. The infant room doesn't always have the required amount of people for the amount of infants unless a state worker walks in then magically people are where they are supposed to be. They claim it's a professional respectful work place when the director herself gossips and talks about families and co workers right there at the center which leads to everyone else doing the same!
Friendly when you your the daycare. Once you sign your child up they DO NOT communicate! Feed other children peanuts in a room with children that they have been aware of allergies! When you arrive to pick up your child they are at the door handing them off like they are a bother! once again no update on the child's day! Definitely will be spreading the word around on this faculty and lack of concern about the children they have in care.
