I have used this provider for more than 6 months
They are understaffed on a daily basis. I've been in my childs room when there were 15 children and 1 teacher. Not appropriate for 3 yo in my opinion. We removed our child after the 4th injury. Every time I tried to address ongoing injuries with the owner or her helper they were never there. The staff would just say they were out getting their nails done or some other excuse. Nice new facility but seems to be a terrible environment for the employees. My child was always hungry and that should never happen.
Nice new facility but my experience in the past has been that there are never enough teachers in the rooms and management is never around. Too much vulgar language used around the kids as well. Snacks consist of saltine crackers which I find unacceptable but seemed to have changed after complaints. Overall attitude of the staff seems to be poor at best. Does not seem to be a very happy place for employees. Everyone is nice though.
