It was determined based on observation that there was hazardous equipment. Back Playground: It was observed that the chains were rusted on the swinging tire. Toddler Playground: It was observed that the yellow metal car had chipped paint. POI (Plan of Improvement) To ensure the safety of equipment, the center will paint or replace the chains and repaint the yellow metal car. The center will remove the yellow rocker.
